This was my 9th cruise, first aboard a Celebrity ship. I can honestly say it was the absolute worst cruise I have ever been on. We had paid for the concierge upgrade which basically consists of nothing more than a horrible bottle of champagne waiting in your storeroom, not the flowers, lounge, or anything else that was promised. The main dining room is fine if you want to buy an expensive bottle of wine, if you do buy it, you can do anything you want up to and including smoke! If you just go to eat, there is a limited menu, and you better be wearing a suit, if not you will be asked to leave on formal night while others who purchase extras will be allowed to stay wearing pretty much anything up to and including ball caps. The buffet has very limited options, and it seriously looked like they just warmed the leftovers from the previous day. The layout of the buffet stations also seems to have been engineered by a 5 year old, who gets a plate at the end of the line? If you get plate first be prepared to grab a burger and associated condiments before you get to the buns. It is like that at every station. Also, not once during the week aboard did I actually get hot food, lukewarm at best. The beverage package is a joke, one drink every 5 minutes, don't try to get a couple beers to take back to the veranda, unless you want to wait 5 minutes between.

Overall, everyone in our group agreed we would never sail Celebrity again.

Accessible Concierge Class

Not worth the costly upgrade, basically nothing more than a bottle of bad champagne.
