We definitely enjoyed our family reunion trip to Alaska despite the gloomy weather We constantly reminded ourselves that we were in one of the largest rain forest during the rainy season. In fact the cloudy weather resulted in some haunting artistic photos.

Our balcony room was adequate withe good storage space and a very tight shower. It was impossible to take a shower without wetting the entire bath room floor. We enjoyed our spacious balcony throughout the journey. Our room stewardess,Lily, was outstanding she was Kind/Hard working//Anticipatory to our needs and very helpful at showing the ropes of ship life, Thank You Lilly!!! In fact we found the entire ship staff excellent, professional and very courteous.

The .boarding and disembarking of our ship was excellent / very efficient a logistical outstanding impressive rating.Ship on board activities were frenetic to us seemed like too many and some were some what hokey,Port tours were expensive so we did some on our own or with port tour guide services. Ship board life seemed like very unsubtle selling of just about everything/much too commercial for our taste Food in dining room was good but not great .Specialty restaurant Sabatini's ; was excellent;. The shipboard Buffet was good well prepared and presented for a large operation. In fact we felt that some people spent all their time there and never looked at the majestic scenery
