Where to Begin There were just many things that stood out to us that could have been better. The size of the pools compared to the amount of people are just ridiculous. It is overcrowded and virtually impossible to get a chair unless you put something down on it to reserve it at 8:00 AM. It seems as though they compromised the size of the pools by placing 2 bars and a marketplace in the area.

We were disappointed that are trip was diverted from Bermuda to Fla. and the Bahamas but obviously that was something that cannot be controlled. I do wish that they would have done something to compensate us because the cost to take a cruise to Fla. and the Bahamas was thousands of dollars less then going to Bermuda. We were also at sea an extra day which I am sure the cruise line is happy about because obviously you are going to spend more money. It would have been nice if they offered some sort of compensation for the change of itinerary.

We went to Cocoa Beach Fla. (Port Canaveral). Just ok. Water was pretty nasty. Kids had a nice day in the water but it was sub par to the Jersey Shore. Not exactly your ideal vacation spot. The next day we decided to take the excursion to the Atlantis (which was very expensive). When we left the boat they notified us that the beaches at the Atlantis were closed and that if we wanted we could get a refund but that the "Lagoon" was open. We opted to go because honestly there is not much worth seeing or doing if you do not know your way around. The "Lagoon" was disgusting. Absolutely Gross. Spent close to $300 to do this. If you wanted to use the pools and the slides it would have cost us an additional $160 which just seemed nuts. The Atlantis complex was massive and beautiful with the exception of the "Lagoon".
