Just returned from my 2nd voyage on the Enchantment of the Seas and even though I had a good time, it could always be better. Rather than rant and rave about some error in customer service or food that I didn’t like, my comments will be directed to Royal Caribbean with areas that could use improvement.

Embarkation: You have changed the traffic flow for arrival and luggage unloading. Not only is it counterintuitive, it requires you to back up into traffic to exit and then requires you to circle back through the incoming traffic to get to the garage. Signage directing you back to the garage sucks. Lots of room for improvement here.

Staterooms: The bathrooms smell of poop. I get that it is an old ship and the ventilation system is outdated but could you maybe think about an air freshener in there?

Cabin Review

Inside Stateroom

Cabin Q

This room is close to elevators. Only issue is on the first day of the cruise it will be noisy as it is adjacent to the crew elevator and you will hear them unloading bags for the first few hours. The AC works very well in this cablin.
