I will start off by saying that this was our best vacation ever. This was our first Cruise and we were having doubts about cruising. We are glad that we did it! Norwegian staff members made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. It starts off from the welcoming staff, then comes the bars, the food, the housekeepers, the entertainers, the cruise director, the chef, the splash academy and you can't forget the ladies with the bottles of washy washy and happy happy. I would like to recognize some bartenders that I have met such as Michael Maglaque (always smiling and talked to us), Rrrrrrroel the magician (thank you for teaching me the trick with the spoon, fork and wine bottle), Marisol (Always smiling and remembering my favorite drink) and there are others that I cannot remember their names. These bartenders from the first day till the end has remembered my family and I and has called us by our names. We will never forget our entertainers, Dan Dan (my wife and aunt loves the way he laughs), Nacho (funny) and Ruben Anthony (our 17 year old daughter fell in love with his eyes) for entertaining us. Last but not forgotten, We recommend the Splash Academy for giving our 5 year old daughter a smile from ear to ear every night and giving us a break. Can't forget our last afternoon, our daughter and many other kids from the Splash Academy had a performance at the Star Dust Theater for the parents to enjoy. WOW!!! Not only did the Splash Academy employees worked with our kids to perform but had the patience to deal with our kids.. P.S. For those who gave Norwegian Cruise Line a 1 star due to a illness in the family, please remember that every vacation that is purchased is offered a protection plan. If you decide not to purchase the protection plan then don't blame Norwegian Cruise Line, blame yourself.
