We chose this cruise for our Honeymoon in February and absolutely enjoyed it! This was our first cruise and we definitely began with a mammoth ship! I had researched this ship for months in the lead up as I was that excited and once we were on board it definitely did not disappoint. The check in was a breeze, the ship itself is amazing and the ports of call were great for us kiwi's to visit the Western Caribbean.

We got into FLL 2 days before the cruise to unwind from the long flights from NZ and took a quick taxi to the Hilton Fort Lauderdale. We had chosen this hotel from other cruise reviews and its proximity to the port. The service at check in was bad and the rooms were not sound proof! We had a nice room in the tower with fabulous views of the pool and waterways. The room itself was a bit tatty and looked like a poor quality renovation had taken place. The concierge was great and the transport to the port was convenient (although a bit hectic). The transport dropped us off to each of our corresponding terminals (apparently taxis/private cars can't get into the port?)

Our room (10224) was in a great spot on the ship; deck 10 and midship so we were in a handy location to the various attractions on the ship and barely noticed any rocking on the ocean. The rooms are well thought out and had everything you needed. We were really glad we chose a room with a deck to enjoy the fabulous views, especially when we got into each port. Our room attendant, Coronica, was lovely and always upbeat! She'd give us tips for our excursions etc which were really appreciated and it was nice to have a familiar face on a ship in excess of 6,000 people. One day we got back to our room to find she had organised some delicious petit fours for us!

Cabin D4

Our room was in a great spot on the ship; deck 10 and midship so we were in a handy location to the various attractions on the ship and barely noticed any rocking on the ocean. We chose deck 10 as it had staterooms above and below so no noise from the pool or entertainment areas. The rooms are well thought out and had everything you needed.
