Let me start my review with how grateful I am to have an opportunity to cruise from Charleston.

This is our fifth cruise on Fantasy and we know how to make a best out of it, but each time it gets more difficult, because of different factors. First and second obstacles are embarkation and disembarkation- terminal is old and I started to suspect ( as a customer ) that Carnival is not welcome there. Takes over an hour and a half to embark and disembark the ship by standing in long line without air-conditioned environment between the ship and a terminal building.

Next thing is a room--this time it was dirty. Housekeeping did a good job making our beds and picking up dirty towels, but it was it. All surfaces in room were dusty with multiple sand particles from previous guests.
