We just returned from a great 7 day vacation on the Carnival Conquest. I traveled with my two sons. This is my sixth cruise with Carnival and first time on the Conquest. We booked early saver, balcony cabin on the 8th floor and we had a great time!
We arrived Sunday 8/17 at POM to drop off our luggage and went immediately inside (short line). Then upstairs (long lines) After about a one hour wait to get our room cards and we were finally on the ship. Yea!
My sons and I get Guy Burgers for lunch - delicious! Our rooms are ready at 1:30 PM as promised and our vacation starts.
Cabin Review
Room 8392 Good location near the aft elevators. Quiet location and quick run up for ice cream and pizza. Some odd noise once in a while but nothing bad lasting just a few minutes. The A/C in cabin could have been cooler, in fact the entire area ( the hallway) was warm at times.
