Best Cruise Ever
We just got back from a 1 week cruise with the Norwegian Getaway, WOW what an amazing ship....there was so much to do and so little time... We loved ever minute of it, from the moment we saw this huge ship to the day we had to say goodbye :-(
The food was incredible, from the buffet to the amazing restaurants at night...there was something for everyone... The entertainment was amazing.. Burn the Floor had amazing dancers and the cast of Legally Blond were incredible... I can't stop talking about this cruise...
We are already looking into booking our next years trip with Norwegian... I have 2 kids, 7 and 10 and in the past 2 years we have gone to Disney twice and in their own words, this trip was better and that they prefer the cruise over Disney!!!!
I would def. recommend this trip to anyone and everyone who loves to cruise or even those who have never tried cruising...this is one trip you have to do and it has to be with the Norwegian Getaway. Less

Cabin review: Norwegian Getaway 10128
The cabin was very spacious for 4 people...my kids had a bunk bed, so they were in heaven and my husband and I had a king... We decided to go with a balcony room and we were very happy we did...the beautiful sights we would see waking up, the ports we stopped at, getting to see this every morning was worth the extra price... Having had a balcony this time around, I could never do an inside cabin ever again....
Port and Shore Excursions
From what we saw it was nice, but not very clear on the map or where our pass was accepted...we probably missed 1/2 the aquarium, due to poor explanation from the Atlantis tour guide...
This experience was amazing...we did not have a long time with the Dolphins, but every min. of it we loved and I would def. do this excursion again and I would recommend it to everyone...
The beach we went to in St. Maarten was right off the ferry, near the pier...considering the fact that it was so close to the boats, the beach was beautiful. The shopping here is incredible, they say you shop in St. Maarten, well we shopped...and shopped and shopped...so many shops, the prices are really good for what we were looking for, we did not leave empty handed....
We decided to go the Megans Bay, everyone talked about it being such a beautiful beach and it was...the scenery going to the Bay was incredible...but St. Thomas is very expensive.. $ 8 per person to ride the bus to the beach and $ 8 per person to come back + $ 4 per person (kids under 12 get into the beach for free) with a family of 4 it can get very, very $$$ - we only did the beach here, there was not enough time to hit the stores here...
