The cruise ship was average quality but the customer service is horrible.
Service - The customer service on the ship was terrible. Any issues we had were met with excuses and lies. They would tell us one thing & then do something else.
Their systems are so poor that you should not prebuy any package before the cruise as you cannot change the package on board. Their system does not allow them to make any changes. We bought a cheers package and the wine offered was so horrible that it made me sick and there was no way to change it, They even told us that we can choose to take a cruise with another company in the future - and we were not being unreasonable at all. I escalated the matter with guest relations manager and he was too rude and was lying about 'he will solve it'.
