Our second cruise, but first with teens (15 and 16) - we had a fabulous time. Loads to do for all age ranges, cabins were nice and clean, we were in C328 and our sons were C333 and both stewards were very helpful. We did not book any excursions, preferring to make our own arrangements. Our trip to Malaga was lovely, we got the shuttle bus for 3 euros each, then had a wander around before walking back to the ship. In Lisbon we got the underground to Sporting Lisbon's ground, then a bus to Benfica's ground, our sons enjoyed the tours and even I found it fairly interesting and I am not a sports fan at all. Gibraltar, La Coruna and Cadiz all very pleasant but we really enjoyed our time on the ship, Our sons had the illusion of independence but we had the comfort of knowing they were really very safe on the ship,We barely saw them and had to insist that they join us for dinner in the Adriatic every night, where the food was just superb, The food throughout the holiday was great, The Cafe Jardin was lovely for breakfast and also for the boys' late night snacks where they sat with their (separate) friends into the early hours. We loved the quizzes and found Grace and Bev to be well-suited in their Entertainment Team roles. As much as my husband and I enjoyed our mini cruise earlier in the year we found the family trip to be equally entertaining. We also played lots of table tennis, shuttleboard and cards when we could get the boys away from their busy schedules.

Cabin Review

Very pleasant, clean and compact, balcony a little shabby but nothing too bad,
