We just got back from this cruise. It was our second cruise on Royal.

We were disappointed! The disappointment started when we got to the terminal. We dropped off our bags and then had to stand in line outside in the heat!! Only those with suites or wheelchairs were able to go inside to air conditioning ! I have been on several cruises, but that was a first. The terminal is big enough, nobody should be left outside in the heat like that!!!

As we boarded the ship, we just walked in and to the buffet- first cruise that didn't have crew at entrance to welcome us onboard. The "welcome aboard" buffet lunch was fair at best. Read more
