We have only cruised Norwegian the past 10 years and Getaway is a ship we will NOT getaway on again. There is very little pool space. On the sea days one could not even get into the pool in the afternoons. We love pool time and were very disappointed. It seems the bigger the ships are getting the smaller the pool space is.

Otherwise, it was a typical Norwegian cruise with great entertainment - don't miss the comedy shows, very good food and wonderful shops with a great social director.

If you are out by the pool, ask for Robert the bar attendant. He will take great care of you whether it is nonalcoholic or alcoholic. Read more
