Overall the experience with this cruise line was exceptional, except for the last day. This is by definition 'You Get What You Pay For'! Every day was filled with delightful experiences, from visual to sensual. The food was well prepared and delicious! The decor, bedding, services and amenities all plush, of the finest available and plentiful!
Each day offered well thought out menus, great entertainment and plentiful refreshments.
What was particularly gleaned from this trip was how casual the attire has become. We found no need to bring anything more than a cocktail dress and a dark suit to formal night, anything more and we would have been the ones standing out. Semi-formal started with dressy casual for the ladies and a dinner jacket for men. Jeans were not an uncommon sight. This surprised me. I could not have been more relieved to know I had packed a few pairs for the second half of our journey, post cruise. I was quick to break them out and found myself wearing them often to fell comfortable amongst the other passengers wearing the same. Of course, there was no tolerance for anything less than a nice pair jeans. There were even a few passengers who wore short shorts and were not asked to change. I will most definitely pack differently our next cruise and hope this helps others before they take theirs.
Our cabin was spacious, clean and very amenable. This suite offers plenty of closet room, a very spacious bed room with privacy doors and dark-out curtains. The dining table offered plenty of room and there was more than enough storage throughout the suite. The balcony was generous and well furnished. Overall, the suite was excellent, spacious, clean and very attractive!
