My overall experience with MSC Cruises was great...!!! i have a few complaints but in general it was awesome!! Can't wait to go back! The ship is gorgeous... nothing to say bad about that... :) it is huge, clean, I absolutely loved it!! The food... amazing... the pizza is probably the best pizza you will ever try... unless you go to Italy... :) a large variety of food items to chose from... yummy!! the pools are great, they have a pool on top of the ship with the full ocean view, breathtaking! the nightclub is fun, the restaurants are awesome and pretty and the shows are EXCELLENT!! they are like Vegas shows... try not to miss any... they are super fun, very talented people!! My only complaint will go to the bartenders... their service sucks! they are slow and show no sense of urgency... at all... :( you wait probably 20 minutes or more for a drink... that's not fair... the only bartender that was nice was the one on the cigar lounge... very nice, fast and friendly!! I think Suja was his name... or something similar, sometimes he is at one of the pool bars but other than that... the other bartenders are terrible!! Housekeeping is awesome... the rooms are ALWAYS impeccable!! and the balcony rooms are divine!!! loved our room!!! big and spacious!!

The gym is very complete... lots of machines, clean, great!! used it once and loved it!!!

kuddos to Suatra, our server at the Black Crab, Esworth his assistant and William Fernanda one of the the Black Crab managers... always on top of everything making sure our dinners were always perfect!! thank you all for your service!!!! I would definitely be back with MSC... loved it!!
