Although recommended for guests with mobility problems this was still quite difficult due to the uneven paths
$50 to ride in a carriage, well worth it for my elderly parents, without which they would not have been able to seen the beautiful buildings.
they are obviously trying to build up the port area with shops, cafes etc. but, at the moment, it is not worth getting off the ship for.
OK but would have preferred longer time seeing Gibraltar without the tea
Shuttle to centre via Bellum is $20 bought on board
Nice cafes and bars, reasonable shopping area near to first stop but bigger shopping area is further away
Excellent guide. This tour took in Colosseum, Forum, St Peters, V E monument, Borghese Gardens, Castel St Angelo, Circo Maximo to name just a few.
Only 45 mins in St Peters Square so not long to do much more than take a few photos and absorb the atmosphere.
Visit to leather factory en route - in my opinion the time could have been better spent. All the items were very expensive. Would have preferred a few photo stops instead.
After being dropped off we took a local bus into Monte Carlo and enjoyed drinks at the Cafe Paris people watching. Very expensive but had to be done!
