We decoded to celebrate our 61st Anniversary in "Big Style."

Ergo, we booked a big ship for a big time.

And a big time we had. Champagne courtesy of the ship, rose petals on our bed and towels folded and arranged to form a heart..

What else could an old "fogey" want?

The show Chicago was fantastic, the Ice Show as well.

All I can say, if you want a great voyage on the smoothest sailing ship we've been on, with superb entertainment, excellent cabin service and outstanding food--take the Allure of the Seas.

The aft, adults only area with multiple hot tubs proved to be a great place to "chill" it out.

While we were concerned how all these folks can disembark without long waits, we found this was nothing to be concerned with. The estimated time schedule provided by the ship was right on target--kudos!

The bottom line--great trip ala the Nordic tradition. Less
