From the very first encounter...dropping off your luggage...we felt we had made a good choice by trying a cruise line that for us with 22 cruise notches in our belt was somewhat out of the main stream. The cruise before this was a cruise from Hell and almost squashed the cruise bug within. So we were up for something different even though the itinerary wasn't overly exciting the thought of a cruise line that took the challenge to come to the U.S. market and bring something to the table that would make them competitive had our interest.

The check in process was one of the best we have been through in years, we didn't feel like cattle but more like honored guests and from that point on that was the feeling that continued. The rooms were ready, the staff was ready, the food was ready, every staff member was happy to greet us and spoke excellent English. When we got to the food area it was extremely well organized, fully staffed, wonderfully maintained and above all...delicious! This whole theme played out day after day...night after night...great service, courteous and friendly staff and unbelievably delicious food. And then there was the entertainment...every bar, every location had fabulous entertainment and in some areas selected staff came in and provided extra spice by dancing with cruisers and helping everybody to have a great time! The entertainment in the main showroom was some of the best we have seen in all our years of cruising including the snippets of Opera that were preformed by actual Opera stars that were brought on board to provide a unique and exciting glimpse of real Opera. In all it was like cruising was 15 years ago, fantastic!
