Traveled with children

One week Mediterranean cruise with family of 14&17 year olds. Boarded at Barcelona, seamless check in. In our cabins before 1am. Inside cabin, very compact, but enough storage and space for two people. Liked the toilet/shower arrangement. Food choices were good and enough variety without paying the premium. Did tours of Florence/Pisa and Rome with Romeinlimo and buddied up with another family with children of the same age (found through the roll call). Great value, got to see all the sights (and more) and took the stress out of the trips by being in a smaller group.

Our 17 year old had the best time, the Entourage leaders are great at getting age groups together and although she joined us for meals and trips the rest of the time she was hanging out with her new found friends.

It is a big ship and there are a lot of people on board. We never had issues with sun beds, seating at meals, activities, entertainment etc... That said a little patience can help at busy times. We loved the gym. The H2O (adult) section was always a nice place to go for some quiet (tapas at 6pm!) Staff were generally happy and attentive, a few less positive experiences but nothing to spoil the trip.
