This was our 9th cruise and brought 3 other couples with us the check in was great and nice touch with the champagne as we got on board . From that point it went all down hill .the weather was great for that time of the year.

But overall we crew was not attentive at the bars, At times they were downright rude .no thank you have a good day ,or nothing at all !! Found several lounges the tables were dirty .the food was ok at the dining room nothing to write home about, the service was not high-quality service like I'm used to seeing on royal Caribbean .

the shows where entertaining but that 40 below show has to go! The hot tubs were broken for two and half days and when asked about it (yeah they're working on it) the chairs in the solarium where tiki wood with no cushions ! And once again the water was either too hot or too cold and overall very disappointed once again with celebrity cruise lines will be sticking to Royal Caribbean where you truly treated like royalty !
