My boyfriend & I booked a month before sailing. I hadn't cruised in 12 years & never cruised with Royal Caribbean. I booked online & had tons of questions, so I made several calls during & after the booking process. Customer service was very nice & very helpful. However, I was not happy to hear about the drink card system. Check-in online was nice, so we breezed right through when we boarded the ship.

The ship was nice enough, very clean. Our outside room was also fine, but it was too hot & the shower leaked. Our room attendant, Dexter, was awesome -- very attentive to our needs. Read more
