After many cruises, I have decided to write a review. I have traveled on all of the Celebrity Solstice Class Ships, and the ships are all wonderful, most recent on the Silhouettle from Venice. Celebrity ships are much nicer than any other cruise line I have been on, remember these ships take on 2600 to 2800 passengers. and do a good job of it and don't feel crowded. I have traveled on Royal Caribbean, Princess, Carnival, Norwegian and Seabourn and all of these ship and cruise line have a spot. If you want more activities, like rock climbing or surfing take a Royal Caribbean cruise, the ship are nice, but don't have the quiet luxury of Celebrity. I don't want a ship with a zip line down the middle or 5500 passengers. All the negative reviews I have read on this site seem to be very picky people with nothing else to do but to look for something to complain about.

Oh.. the food at the buffet was bad or it was too busy…iTS a buffet, they are self service food stations for the all you can eat type, remember that when your in the line. There are plenty of choices to have great food on these ships, we love all the restaurants, try them.. all pay a little extra.. your on vacation!!

Here's a thought for those of you who say the cabin attendant didn't do his/her job right, or you didn't get enough towels or pillows, maybe tip them something (cash) on your very first day… I always tip my cabin attendants the first day on the ship and I tip them periodically during the cruise, and by the way, I always have extra towels pillows and a clean cabin.
