Traveled with children

Just got back from our cruise and I honestly miss being there! The ship was amazing - there are not enough days to participate in all their activities so you and your children will not be bored. There is something going on somewhere on the ship at any time all the time - games, trivias, dance parties, theme parties, challenges, sports, pools, more games, bands playing, art auctions, shops, etc, etc. To our surprise, the food was great. We tend to go for healthy foods and this was not a problem since there are many many choices. We tried the complimentary buffet and restaurants and all four in our family were very happy with every choice. Staff is very hardworking some more friendly than others but everyone always with a smile on their face. As expected even the balcony stateroom is a bit small for a couple with two children so consider spending the extra $$ if you want to be more comfortable.

Bermuda was just picture perfect! the downside is that you have to get on a ferry, bus ( or taxi for extra $$) to get to any of the beaches - we did both ferry and bus and they were good experiences, affordable and worth the ride when you see the beautiful beaches. City of Hamilton is worth seeing if you are a shopper, otherwise spend the day at the beach. Snorkeling was great at Tobacco Bay, Horseshoe is amazing, both beaches have restrooms, food and chair/umbrella rentals. All in all the NCL-Breakaway from NY to Bermuda is an excellent choice and I highly recommend it to anyone. We were hesitant about doing a cruise but we are so happy we gave it a try - we will cruise again!

Cabin Review

Rooms are well set up with all kinds of storage spaces but regardless they are small even with the balcony for a couple with two children.
