The Good - : Embarkation was a breeze, luggage & car dropped off, check in done and onboard within 30 mins.
Cabin stewards were absolutely great, friendly and perfect service.
Majority of the passengers were interesting and friendly.
The OK -:
Ports were pretty good, MDR was fine, Buffet was not bad.
The Bad - :
Martini bar staff, what attitudes, if they smiled we were surprised! The service was slow to stop. One evening we had to ask to be served seven times, the bar was not busy. It looked to us as if they expected us to be impressed that we were served at all.
The number of people who sat and read in the coffee shop without having coffee which made getting a seat impossible.
The really Ugly -:
The excursions desk staff, the least helpful staff I have ever encountered. The desk was closed at the times when most passengers needed it. ( open during dining hours!) When you did actually get a person More
they did not volunteer information ( the front desk was far more helpful) and on more than one occasion were very rude.
Our dinner in Qsine was spoilt by the sommelier telling us we could only get drinks off their drink menu then promptly offering to run to the cellar bar to get the "suite " customers wine that was not available on their list!!! We know we are lower class but to be shown up in this way was disgusting.
