Sailed from Malaga to Corfu.  Food was horrendous and the staff were hopeless with dietary requirements. Hot water wasn't hot enough with a scummy layer on top. Cups, plates, cutlery all dirty and not washed properly.

Staff unhelpful when complaining which meant when we got back we were unable to get compensation.

Filthy cabin upon arrival - hair on the bed, skin on the surfaces, stains on the toilet seat. Looked like the room hadn't been cleaned ever.We complained and the room was "cleaned" but it was still disgusting. We took photos and submitted them to Thomson when we came home but were offered no compensation.The rest of the ship was also in poor condition. Read more
