Left the day before like we have done with all our cruises. Flew into Orlando, rented a car from Avis ($51.00 a day) and drove to Port Canaveral. Stayed at the Hampton Inn.($156.00)I thought a little expensive for what was available. Boarded the ship at 1pm with no problem at all. Checked out our room, found our dinning location for late seating, made reservations at Portofinos, ordered the wine package, did a tour of the ship and went to have a bit to eat. When we returned to our room noticed all but one bag had arrived. Unpacked and waited for our last bag with all our toiletries. Finally around 7 pm it found its way to our room. Getting worried for awhile. Dressed and looked forward to meeting the people we were to have dinners every night with. We had requested a table of 6 to 8. However, only one other couple was there. Figured because it was the first night they all would join us the next evening.

First day was at sea. Not a very nice day with winds 35+ but made the best out of it by spending time on our balcony. We had an aft cabin, so being in the back of the ship there was hardly no wind. Just hung out and relaxed until it was time for dinner. Again when we arrived at our table only the same couple we had met the night before was there. Enjoyed a great meal and nice conversation. After dinner we checked out all the different places to dance and party. Finally made our way to bed around 1 am.

Second day was Labadee. Beautiful day around 85 and sunny. Snorkeled relaxed on the beach and shopped. Once again only the couple we met the first night was there. Third day was Jamaica. We did the Canopy Tour. This was a great tour, but will advise one should be in good physical shape. When we were done, shopped and drank at Margaritaville. Great Margaritas and the best calamari I have every eaten. After a nap went to dinner. Our couple from the past nights had other plans, so it was just us two. I really felt that this was a matter for our head attendant. He knew our situation and there were other large tables that had only one or two couples as well. I felt he should have combined all of us together. Don't get me wrong....my husband and I love being with each other. However, we have enjoyed the company of our past dinner guests very much. Anyway, the table of people next to us invited us over and we had a great time.
