We booked on the Disney Magic for the 12 day Mediterranean cruise for main reason that we thought Disney were a trusted brand who cared about Brand Image & Customer Service, we could not have been more wrong.
Firstly let me say, that most parents consider a Disney Cruise great for kids entertainment, which to a point Disney cater for as you would expect, however get ready for some heavy credit card charges on top of your allegedly "All inclusive" aspect of your booking.
Food & Soft drinks are covered in the cost of your ticket which can range between £5,500 to £8,700 for a cabin for 2 Adults and I child under 3. Things that we thought were unacceptable was charging for hot drinks such as Cappuccino & Latte, which for the cost of the cabins should have been included, instead be prepared to pay over $7.00 for a very small Cappuccino!! That's approx £4.00 for a Coffee on-board where they have a captive audience.

BOOK Port Excursions with Disney, as they are hugely expensive and of very poor quality. We like most passengers on that cruise had booked port excursions through Disney, because we trusted the Disney brand and fully expected that all excursion would have been checked and verified by Disney staff, unfortunately not the case.
We went on a Disney Excursion to see the ruins of Pompeii and the tour was a joke, the guide was of low quality, who persisted to rush around as quick as she could, losing large numbers of people in our group and a number of us complained to her asking her to slow & stop to allow individuals to catch up. Pompeii is vast and its a scary prospect being lost there amongst thousands of tourists, especially as coaches going back to the ship don't generally wait for stragglers. Her language to two little girls of 5-7 age in our group was wholly inappropriate, when she proceeded to explain what the "Pleasure House" was in Pompeii, All of this poor quality tour came at a hefty Disney price, as Disney generally charge a minimum of 200%-300% higher that standard organised tours, as we found out when we checked on Google when we got back. We raised a complaint but Disney staff simply said, thanks for the feedback, that's it!
I think Disney, should look at brands like Amazon and learn about what customer service is all about and how to maintain customer loyalty. They were not interested in our complaint or of refunding any part of this over-priced excursion, its Disney policy I believe to maximise profit irrelevant of customer satisfaction.
This was not the only excursion we had issues with however the most annoying one was the excursion in Corfu, which included "Wine Tasting" as part of the itinerary, however Disney's interpretation of Wine Tasting is a small glass of cheap wine from a 2.5 litre plastic bottle, very classy indeed! Once again Disney had outdone themselves with the quality of this excursion and many guests were not happy. We raised this with Disney staff at the Port Adventures desk when we got back to the ship, and once again nothing was done.
I think in view of the experience we have encountered with Disney Cruise line we would not cruise with them ever again, Its clear to me that Disney is a huge money making machine and squeezing every last cent of money from guests before they disembark is the company mantra.
