Azura cruise on 14th June 2014
This was our second cruise and first time with P&O, the Azura is a very nice ship as and expected all area;s are kept very clean and tidy. We had a superior deluxe cabin which was very nice on deck 9 mid-ship on the port side and could find no fault with it and the cabin steward was fantastic.
We had freedom dining and on average waited 15 to 30 minutes for a table for 2 each night but if you were willing to share a table you usually walked straight in.
The daily magazine states that you cannot reserve a sunbed before 9am and you cannot leave your towel on it all day if you are not there as it would be removed. Well that is a bit of a sore point because lots of people put towels on their beds and only spent maybe about 1hr on them all day on the really nice days and no one removed them at all come on P&O this really has to be enforced properly so that it is fair for everyone.
Also in both the self service restaurant's (Smash & Grab) on deck 15 More the variety and quality of the food is not what I was really expecting and needs to be improved, also STOP the waiters from grabbing your tray before you have finished your meal, this was really BAD.
You have to try the Glass Restaurant there is a small charge but the food and staff are very, very good, well worth the money.
Overall I think the cruise was good value for money and would go again with P&O Less

Port and Shore Excursions
Monaco & Monte Carlo
Very good had a very good guide on bus who showed us where to go and we followed him.
Thought this trip was to expensive for what we had, guide was pretty poor and bus was 30 minutes late picking us up.
But cable car ride up to top of rock and views were spectacular.
This was a good tour, but P&O need to put the Vatican museum and Sistine chapel on to their tour excursion's list.
St. Peter's Basilica
Seville on Your Own
This was the only trip that we did not enjoy, when we booked it the time given for this trip was about 8hrs, after taking out the travelling time we only hade 2hrs &45 minutes in Seville which was not long enough for the money that we had to pay.
