We embarked on our 12th Carnival cruise onboard the Carnival Liberty June 20th. It was an 8 night southern caribbean cruise. We live in central Florida so se drove to the port leaving our vehicle at nearby parkncruise. They shuttled us to the port. A carnival agent helped my mother in law into a wheelchair, whisked our family through check in and onto the ship in less than 15 minutes! We went to our rooms and then to the buffet to eat. We then returned to our cabins and suitcases were already there. Then off to the muster drill...outside , standing on a hot deck .....not fun....Carnival needs to have this sitting in a cool louge like other ships!
We had anytime dining..enjoyed it...longest wait was 10 minutes. Food was good..we never went hungry...really enjoyed lamb and beef wellington. On sea days we had brunch in the main dining room....get the banana cream pie! Port days we ate at buffet...burgers are awesome as were fried oysters. We enjoyed many deli sandwiches between More
