Best CREW on a cruise ever - details to follow

Sail Date: June 2014
Destination: Eastern Caribbean
Embarkation: Miami

Here are our cruise creds to backup our best crew ever observation - we just completed our 28th cruise - 17th with NCL and 14th in a row with Norwegian - we've been to six of the seven continents including over 50 countries & territories - if you start on the west bank and go around the world westerly starting with the pyramids and end at the great wall - we've been to most places in between.

We're saying best CREW ever because of so many old friends and so many new friends among crew & passengers - literally, within 5 seconds of walking on board, Rochelle, a member of a group greeting passengers - stepped out of line and hugged us warmly (we've cruised with her sevral times before) - then we met Anoop our concierge from other cruise, Michelle, Akim, Rogelisa and Elana - all from other cruises.

Later, Captain Myre, Sean (hotel dir) and Errol (ast hotel dir) welcomed us back - really all are special people - and made us feel very special too.

Then we More met Martin (F&B Dir), Jose C (Bar dir), Naveen (our butler), Suzana, Rose Ann, Estella, Blagica, Garnette K, Joy, Ramir, Suchi and Luiza - most from the Haven staff.

This was a birthday cruise for both of us - and it was super - we've done the iteniary before and didn't get off in St Thomas or Nassau - more fun to be on board Getaway.

Service and food in the Haven was excellent as always - Le Bistro and La Cucina exceptional - Wasabi great for sushi - and the food in Illusionairum was super - shrimp and filet - what's not to like - the show was great too.

And, a special touch - I lost a lens from my glasses in the Haven at dinner - didn't know it till the next day - Estella found and saved it for me - then Naveen went out of his way to put my glasses back together - we're so very greatfull for them and all the crew.

All in all, a birthday cruise to remember. And, in our opinion you can't have a better experience on any other cruise line - especially when booking access to the Haven. We're hooked on Norwegian because of their brand of hospitality - two more NCL cruises booked this year. Less

Cabin review: Norwegian Getaway 12106

Super neat cabin - large bedroom with LOTS of storage - large bathroom - with the best shower ever. Separate living & dining area - side facing balconey...small, but great for glass of wine and watching the ocear go by.
