Sail Date: Jun 2014
Cabin: Grand Suite

The ship seems to be older, not very well maintained. Needs fresh paint, carpets cleaned, updated maintenance, etc. We had a suite, which was a great room, a little dirty (i.e. food left in the cabinets, broken light switch, etc), but was worth the money for the upgrade.

The spa is located directly underneath the children's play area. We paid for a couples massage, and the entire time the kids were jumping and bouncing and screaming, so you couldn't really relax. The walls would shake and you would hear a LOUD thump each time a child jumped/played. Very poorly designed.

The ship buffet was not very well planned out either. You waited in long lines to get mediocre food. It felt like a cattle call every time you were hungry. Buffet food was just mediocre, lots of hot dogs and hamburgers, very little other food. Dinner in the main dining area was good.

Room was nice, a little dirty (carpet needed cleaning, food was left in the cabinets from previous guests, broken light switch in the bathroom). Great balcony. Spacious room. Worth the money to upgrade.
