The cruise was very good with the cleanliness and general appearance of the ship. The waiters and waitresses were very attentive to your needs as were the cabin attendants. However the staff who manned the reception desk showed a lack of interest in your questions and gave different answers to the same question depending on who was asked.

An example of this was when I requested information, on three different occasions, on what the procedure was for debarkation from the ship early morning on the Sunday when you were not due to be collected by the coach till 14:00. I asked if we could stay on the ship till a later time than 10am (the time we were instructed to disembark the ship).
