Not good at all!
-Embarkation was good. The line was a little slow. Everything else ran smoothly. It was orderly and organized.
- Ports of call were amazing and there was a lot to do. Our groups favorites were the Juneau Glacier bus tour and the White Pass Railroad and the locations of Ketchikan, Juneau, Skagway, and Seward were very scenic and the staff of the tours were friendly. A little costly for some activities though.
- Staff were very nice, calm, and they did their best to cater to your needs.
-The entertainment was great. The Dancing with the Stars and magic shows were great and they were great way to end the the night.
-The food was terrible. Our group was Indian Vegetarian and they put exotic items like veg. biryani, good subjee, and bread cooked to perfection on the sample menu. They said we would have more options. LIES. Every day we would get a blob of plain rice with stewed cauliflower, tasteless soup, peas and little More choices for desserts (egg less). We also would ask for a special order and they said they would come, but they never came. We got the same food for 7 days. The lido was ok. The food was bland, but it was made to look good not taste good. We were overall disappointed.
- Service was slow. It took hours to clean a clogged toilet. Some parts of the cruise were dirty. The Shipflicks also were scratched.
-Activities for teens weren't that good. The wii room was only for kids 12 and under. That made for a boring cruise for the kids. The kids were also kicked out of the loft because they had a 19 year old. No one was using the loft either. The pool was too deep for the kids. There were too many unnecessary restrictions that made a less enjoyable cruise.
- I thought the cruise was less than ok and I won't take HAL again Less
