Our family of four (51, 49, 16, 11) just got back from a seven day cruise on the Getaway and couldn't have been more impressed. We are fairly seasoned cruisers and have been on several different lines but would have to say that Getaway tops 'em all. Here's a quick rundown by category:

SHIP: Very clean, attractive and easy to navigate. Public spaces are abundant and, while the ship was full, it never felt overcrowded.

CABINS: We had one balcony and one inside cabin and found both to be well designed. There's plenty of storage, good AC, and smart, efficient bathrooms. Yes, the balconies are small, but not as bad as some have made them out to be. My wife and I loved having a cup of coffee out there in the morning. Read more
