We returned from a week cruise to New England from Quebec. We have cruised many times and with different lines. Favorite destinations are the Caribbean and Mexico, we did Alaska once. We are in our late 50's and still working. This cruise was definitely an older crowd, 50 and up. It is not a party ship. It is a small older ship with décor that can be described as a bit tired, however it is super clean and we felt our stateroom was spacious enough with plenty of closet and drawers. The food was excellent, we loved the burgers on deck, fresh salsas and guacamole. Dinner and breakfast we used formal dining and the variety and quality was wonderful. Everyone works so hard to please. We enjoyed the piano bar and Barry from Boston who every was very entertaining. Elton John's impersonator was fab and we heard others discussing other shows they attended and enjoyed as well. I would call this a relaxation cruise, you know bring a good book, sit up on deck and enjoy the scenery. There are activities on board a bit lacking in variety sometimes, but we did not care. Cooking demos with Donna were great and trivia games were fun. The library is a nice spot to sip coffee, play a game or read. the covered pool is a great idea and if the weather is cold you can still sit poolside. We enjoyed this cruise but our attitude is always "how bad can it be we are on vacation?" and "Is it really worth it to sweat the small stuff, we say no?" We are always amazed at how picky and ridiculous people can be when on vacation. Yea, so you paid $1.79 for a can of coke...get over it, your on a cruise that most people can only dream about! I like that tips are added to the bill and you can still reward people for a job well done. I remember cruises where each night the dining room would be full and people ordering expensive wine etc. and come last night when tips were to be handed out the dining room got empty, stiffing these poor people who worked so hard all week. I would definitely sail again maybe do this cruise in the fall where the scenery will be even more beautiful.

Cabin Review

Inside cabin, spacious and super clean. Plenty of room for 2, 3 large closets, drawers. etc
