Traveled with children

We travelled as a family of four with two toddlers with friends also having two toddlers.

Embarkation at Venice a disaster. Pushing, queue jumping and unfriendly staff.

Kids club, good and bad - heres the good. One child aged 5 very happy to attend but has English and Italian languages so could understand. The bad - other 3 screamed and hated every bit. The staff don't settle the children in and just let them wander about. Staff English poor so children did not understand what was going on. We could not enjoy our holiday fully as we could not leave our children in kids club knowing they were miserable and upset.
