Downward slide continues

Sail Date: June 2014
Destination: Mediterranean
Embarkation: Corfu

Have tonight returned from a weeks cruise on this ship. We cruised on her last year and left her having had a very good time. The nightly shows were top drawer.

This year the ship had a distinct feel of cost cutting

Shows were poor with the exception of the resident music group, Due to a change in dinning arrangements there were nights you could not get into the lounge to see shows, as there was not enough seating.

More than one person commented that the drinks were watered down, maybe a ploy to get you to buy drinks even when you are on drinks package.

Staff were openly posturing for tips, we did complain to reception. Staff were also changing name badges which made complaining very difficult.

House keeping and cabin staff were very good.

We used every restaurant, and even there staff were complaining audibly about passengers coming to the buffet close to closing time

Today, friends were disembarked to the airport, More knowing there was a long delay. Corfu airport the place to be with a young child I think not. Less
