A great ship, a great Cruise Line

Sail Date: May 2014
Destination: Baltic Sea
Embarkation: Southampton

Everything was great. Check-in was very easy and quick, all of the food was great from the buffet to the Specialty Restaurants, the waiters were fantastic and the meal service was excellent. The state room attendants were very obliging and attentive, the cleaners were cheerful, very friendly and helpful and the crew were very friendly. Everyone I met seemed very happy to be working there and always wore a big smile. Although we chose to have an inside stateroom it was roomy with plenty of storage space for al of our luggage and because no early morning light came in we could sleep in each morning very easily.

This was 14-nights of pampering for us. We knew this would be the case and this is why we chose Celebrity again. I only met one lady who was negative about this cruise and she was concerned that the marmalade was not very good. I thought that if that was your only worry about the cruise then you didn't have much to worry about. I guess you can't please everyone, but More everyone else I spoke to enjoyed the cruise and the services as much as we did.

We sailed on the Equinox previously and expected nothing less, we were not disappointed. Well done Celebrity.

Cabin review: Celebrity Eclipse 7152

This was an inside state room which suited us because we mostly had late nights. so with no early morning sunlight coming in we had no problems sleeping in each morning. The room was plenty big enough for the two of us with plenty of drawers to stow our clothes and room to hide our luggage away out of site. The ward robe was a good size too. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very adequate with good water pressure and plenty of bathroom products if we needed them. .
