GREAT GREAT GREAT CRUISE

Sail Date: June 2014
Destination: Bermuda
Embarkation: New York (Manhattan)

Here is a quick review. Sail date 6/1/2014 to Bermuda, Mid ship, mini suite, Deck 14, Party of 8 with 3 cabins..

Boarding: it took about 25 minutes from the time we got to the pier to be in the cabin.

Luggage: Most of the luggage was in the cabins within 3 hours.

The Mini Suite VS Balcony Cabin.. are same size The Mini suite a little bigger bathroom with a double size shower w/ sprays.. great shower very spacious.. a little more costly, but if you can afford it go for it, otherwise the balcony room is fine. The balcony is about 3 ft deep and 9'- 10' wide .. it was very comfortable. Remember you are not having a party in backyard.. that you can do on the deck 16 ..

Dining: Book your dining in advance online unless you want late dinners. Cagneys steakhouse is the best restaurant on the ship. The casino is spacious and has a non smoking section..

The weather was about 78 degrees in Bermuda, the water temp was a little cold but you got used to More it quickly. There is a small beach only 5 minutes from the ship ( a kids park $5 entrance fee)

Back to New York.. DO NOT CARRY YOUR OWN LUGGAGE OFF THE SHIP.. have a nice breakfast on deck 7 and watch the people on the line for an hour waiting & carrying & dragging their luggage. Then you get off the ship, pick up your luggage, get a porter and sail thru customs bypassing the lines..15- 20 minutes total time Less

Our group of 8 consisted of 2 young children 3 + 7 and 6 adults. So this was a nice relaxing boat ride with some sightseeing and snorkeling and swimming.
