MSC Magnifica – April 2014 – Out of Hamburg

Background  I would prefer you consider the following as a critique of my latest cruise with MSC.  This is my third cruise with MSC.  The first in 2012 on the Magnifica out of Venice. I would rate this cruise in all aspects as excellent.  The second was in 2013 on the Divina out of Rome. I would rate this cruise as good but with some staffing deficiencies.

The current cruise came about after the cancellation of two back to back cruises out of Egypt (not the fault of MSC). I appreciate the assistance of the MSC Sydney office in changing all pre-paid arrangements. We were also offered an upgrade to a better cabin and received further discounts.
