Very pleasantly surprised by seattle. Recommend the maxwell, great location. Don't miss chihuly gardens.
In Ketchikan - misty fjords sea plane ride was breathtaking & fun.
Juneau - helicopter ride over glacier was cancelled very last minute due to weather, which we understand. No alternate activity though was offered. Left having to wait over an hour for tender to town which had nothing worthwhile. That day a total bust!
Skagway - train/bus ride with chilkoot tours - well run & very worthwhile. (Ships tour is train both ways, bus allows you to stop, get off & take photos)
Then musher dog run - ok, interesting, ride fun but short, takes way too long to wait for bus back after tho.
Victoria - arrived at nite, beware that only with excursion can you get into bushcart gardens after 6, at least early June. Very beautiful, don't miss. Followed up by quick tour of city, which was very nice.
Main dining food not More too great -& service erratic. specialty restaurants worth the splurge if you can (tuscan & silk harvest excellent). Ocean view buffet acceptable, ice cream/yogurt bar saved me.
Entertainment better than expected & I'm a nyc snob. Casino fun.
Staff very warm & helpful. A bit too enthusiastic with those constant & overly generous Purcell squirts!
Never a problem with lounge chairs or finding quiet areas .... Less

Cabin review: Celebrity Solstice 1255
Great views, clean, comfortable, spacious (for a cabin). Great location, not far from stairs or elevator, if you care. However, the loud sound of other cabin doors closing disturbed us often!
