I have never used P&O before, having had great cruises in the past with Royal Caribbean. The Aurora was truly shocking
1/ The mainly-Indian staff simply could not care less, were surly, never smiled, and it felt to me like everything was just a bit too much trouble.
2/ The officers considered the passengers to be a nuisance and would sit by themselves and studiously ignore us. Not once did a ships officer even acknowledge my existence, let alone say hello or smile.
Cabin Review
Tired old cabin, was clean, but toilet backfilled with sewerage twice overnight. disgusting.
