We have just completed a 11 night cruise on the Serenade of the Seas, departure port Barcelona on the 12th May 2014.
Embarkation/Disembarkation. We made our own way to the port and made use of the Port shuttle bus. Check in was quick and easy, same with disembarkation.
State Room/Service. Room was very clean and spacious and our stateroom attendant George was friendly and attentive. All other staff were friendly and helpful.
