Compare Prices on MSC Opera Europe - British Isles & Western Cruises

Sail Date: April 2014
Destination: Europe - British Isles & Western
Embarkation: Southampton

I have cruised wih many other Companies but this was my first & last cruise with MSC

Embarkation was awful a complete shambles, waited almost 4 hours before we were called

Bar service was non existent, had to que for drinks after finding a bar that was open as often most were closed

Breakfast in the restaurant was disgusting, waited ages before a menu appeared & just as long to get any food or drink.  When served the food was unedible, looked & tasted disgusting

On disembarkation day we were told to be out of the cabin at 6.30am but would not be disembarking until after 9am

The ship was very nice & clean but MSC have alot to learn about organisation

We met many other passengers that, like us, were very unhappy

MSC not for me Less
