cruise of a lifetime

Sail Date: March 2014
Destination: Australia & New Zealand
Embarkation: Melbourne

My wife and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary aboard the Dawn Princess. We had saved for this trip for quite a while. From arriving at station pier and boarding via the atrium. We were in wonderland.Yes there were elderly aboard but for first timers like us the staff were fantastic. No question was to hard.We cclebrated birthdays and anniversaries on board these special occasions were acknowledged.

Our needs were met whatever time of day or night. The only disappointment was the lotus spa which I felt overcharged and overated. The tours were well organised and ran like clockwork. There was entertainment laid on and no show was disappointing.Ports of call were interesting and the ships newsletter very informative.

Our cabin maid was fantastic and had everything sorted daily.Disembarkation was a bit slow but that was one of the only hiccups.Overall rating was 9.5 out of 10.We enjoyed our trip so much we are booked for a future cruise even looking at the mediterranian More next. Less
