Very disappointing. Did not meet the standards of Aqua Blu.

Sail Date: May 2014

We are seasoned travelers, with over 26 cruises since 2002. We have sailed on Regent, HAL, Oceania, and even NCL. We thought that Celebrity would be,upon analysis, our line of choice. we always sail on concierge class or above. Aqua-class has been our choice in the last 6 sailings, the previous one being in October 13,in the Mediterranean.

I have no concerns about the fact that the ship is older, with a lot of rust and somewhat worn -out carpets. That comes with the territory of the Millennium, buyer beware.

I am concerned with the experience we had; we had to wait until 4:30pm to get into our cabin. We were in code red for gastro-intestinal concerns. We experienced the staff as surly from the get-go. Upon inquiring about the time for the drill, we were told curtly to check our daily sheet. How could we, considering we had not had access to our cabin??? Upon mentioning the above, the staff still did not provide any answer nor cared to find out. Bad start.
