This is our 4th cruise but 1st wih Norwegian. Never again. The ship was outdated and our balcony room was extra small with matted carpet. Freestyle dinning was blah! Felt like we were eating breakfast, lunch & dinner in a Denny's or fast food. To get a decent meal, you had to pay extra in one of the restaurants in which we heard other vacationers disappointing reviews so we didn't bother.

We enjoyed the Vegas show, but realized that the Bingo games are definitely rigged. After they sold the Bingo cards, they had their own set of rules which made it impossible for anyone to win the jackpot so player beware! Also, check your bill before you leave - they charged each passenger $12 per day for a service fee. My husband questioned it & they said that was for gratuities. We wanted to take care of our room cleaner but we never had waiters take food orders or assist us. When he asked to adjust the bill, they did it begrudgedly and didn't want to give him a copy of the corrected bill. Our friends shared the same complaint with Guest Services about the bill and asked for it to be adjusted and they REFUSED to give him a copy of the corrected bill.

Very disappointed in the overall cruise - activities were amourish - blaring techno, poor quality music around the pool. Karaoke style entertainers in the lounges - Poor taste all around.

Cabin Review

Outdated, old and matted carpet. Smallest balcony cabin we've ever endured.
