I have taken many Carnival cruises but this was my first time on the Sunshine. Everything went well from boarding the ship to the last day on board. The crew was pleasant and very efficient. The cabin stuart asks us how we were doing every time he saw us and always asked if everything was okay. His name was Nova and he was very sweet. He also kept our room in tip top shape.

The dinning experience was good except one night. The second night on the cruise they seemed to be short of help in our section and we got the wrong food and it took too long. The other nights were great. we ate in the Italian restaurant one night an enjoyed it very much. The casino host made the reservations for us and gave us a free bottle of wine.

The ship was very clean and decorated nicely. The only thing I did not really like was the cabin was a little small and the bathrooms were tiny. The positive things made up for the size of the room. Having the balcony made the room seem bigger. Read more
