Ship Facts: Thomson Dream Review (by Cruise Critic!) | Thomson Dream Deck Plans
Awful awful awful no dream to be had here

Sailed out of palma registered my credit card to my cruise card (cashless system) unhelpful reception staff said it was not valid called the bank which was difficult due to lack of signal spent 52 hrs with no way of paying for anything at sea only to find out it was receptions fault they hadn't ticked a box so i spent the first two days of my cruise ringing my bank and dealing with very very unhelpful reception staff. in the end the purser sorted it out but wait for it no apology

beware of the drains on deck 9 we had 3 occasions of our toilet being blocked even though the toilet hadn't been used for over 18 hrs and we had sewerage backing up through our bath plug hole which prevented us from showering. Public toilets especially near the Broadway lounge were always blocked and swimming in urine and sewerage, the ship stank of sewerage especially deck 3/4

Trips are expensive and not good we went on 9 and there was only one I would recommend ie Corsica the rest were led by pigeon English tour guides one of which was in her 80s we visited two churches that day as the Milan trip was cancelled that cost us £38:00 each. Olbia ..... dont get off the ship its not worth it

entertainment was butlins but louder and I mean really loud

Make sure you take black tie and suit if you want to get into captains dinner or in the orion restaurant on that night or you will be refused admission, and finally the captain has tanning tickets that get issued so you cant hog the sun loungers, the captain in fact has lots of little rules and regulations he likes to enforce.

I think due to the fact we were the first med cruise after the staffs last trip in the Caribbean didn't help matters as it was clear the staff throughout were exhausted

We wont cruise with this company again
