Frequent travelors on sister company Carnival and we love Royal Caribbean. First timers on Princess and obviously picked the wrong company and ship. We spoke to many other passengers and the comments were the same. Lousy service. While we enjoyed the benefits of the Unlimited Drink Card it has its problems...they were overwhelmed with too many orders. You have to stand in line or wait for drink to be delivered forever. They have so little and inexperienced personnel all over the ship.

Do not go on Princess if you have children.. There are so few and Princess really does nothing for them...they have the worst employees for children. The food is just ok. Waiter was excellent. Nice decor and new carpets but big deal when your on hold day or night with room service for 30 minutes then wait 45 minutes for it to be delivered. The service is so bad I just can't explain.

Our cabin was over the Princess Theater and it was so loud during the day when they practiced our room shook. Management did not care. Even security was surprised the next day that not even a phone call from the management. Read more
